Google Click Fraud Settlement Granted Preliminary Approval

Update to "Ninety-Million Dollars is Chump Change"

An Arkansas judge granted preliminary approval of the proposed $90 million settlement of click fraud claims brought against Google by a class of pay-per-click advertisers.  The settlement provides that $60 million in advertising credits would be provided to affected advertisers while $30 million would be used to pay the attorneys for the class.
