CDA Preempts State Criminal Law

In a recent post on his Technology & Marketing Law Blog, Eric Goldman briefs Voicenet Communications, Inc. v. Corbett, 2006 WL 2506318 (E.D. Pa. 2006) in which the court held that 47 U.S.C. 230 preempts state criminal laws that otherwise fulfill its statutory requirements.
