Yesterday, I had the pleasure of speaking on "Technology & Effective Advocacy: MySpace, YouTube & Facebook" at the 11th Annual Maryland Partners for Justice Conference. We discussed ways that practitioners can use the Internet to prepare for trial (e.g., jury research, preparation for witness testimony in discovery or at trial) and obtain admissible evidence.
If you were at the presentation yesterday, please leave a comment letting me know what you thought. You can download a PDF file containing my complete PowerPoint presentation here.

Hi Jonathan,
I thought your presentation was well thought through, presented well and even funny!
Would it be possible to get the websites you suggested for research, including reverse phone look ups? I used to use theultimates.com, but it seems that most of the providers it linked to have been bought out by Intelius. What has been your experience with Intelius?
Thanks,
Virginia Rosa

Thanks, Virginia.
You can follow this link (http://websearch.about.com/od/peoplesearch/tp/peoplesearch.htm) to a list of resources that should help.
Unfortunately, I don't have any experience with Intelius, but I can ask around.
